You can see how bad even high definition digital images can be here. I include the first image only to show you the whole piece without glare, shot from no angle, but the color, contrast, and resolution are all terrible. That was shot in sunlight. In the second image you can see the frame and also begin to see the right colors. You will have to click and go to the details to begin to see what the paint really looks like, and even then you only get a hint of the richness of the oil painting itself. That is why we make paintings. And those of you (like James Cooper) who criticize my work without seeing it may get a hint here to hold your tongues until you do.
