This is a
short warning to the art world to avoid buying supplies from Jerry's
Artarama. Jerry's has no customer service. None. So if you have a
problem, you won't be able to talk to anyone about it or get any
action. I had a problem with a recent order. They billed me for the
whole order, but sent only part of it. I sent two emails and made
three phonecalls, but got no response at all. They don't have live
customer service, only a message machine. When they fail to respond
to those messages, you are screwed. Your only recourse at that point
is to contact your credit card company to find out what is going on.
